    does anyone have any site addresses for bittorent downloads/uploads that are updated frequently. ones like www.suprnova.org would be nice that particular site is now unaccessable so i dont know where to go for the latest torrents.

    YA, USE WINRAR, but the first file looks as if .001 file so try to add an extention .001 and open with WinRar, also you can open .nfo file with Notepad for info.
