    I would think that you are safer if you are just a member also..I think the main thing they are interested in would be servers.

    In my country, most ple are tied down by contracts, so they gotta pay an amount b4 they can terminate it.

    Don't know exactly about belgium but I think it's allowed here to dowload, but illigal to upload.. who cares
    "Normal" is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work, driving through traffic in a car that you are still paying for, in order to get to the job that you need so you can pay for the clothes, car, and the house that you leave empty all day in order to afford to live in it.

    IF you hav axx to a topsite and you up in any private trackers its easy to get a sceneban .So its nots safe at all

    as was mentioned already, private trackers are safer than public ones. I know someone who got a letter for downloading an old movie on demonoid just 2 weeks ago, and they are semi-private, but they use externally tracked stuff, but he got a letter on a torrent that was internal. Just seed back your stuff to a 1 ratio and turn it off if its an issue of safety, then you limit the amount of time you have with your neck on the line so to speak.

    getting those letters is a rush...just tack it to the wall and keep on downloading

    Why is Canada safe? No one from Canada has got busted using bitTorrent?
