i think its the same as asking someone to seed for you. they paid for their server and instead of u paying for a server your trading with them to get a buffer with their paid for BW.

This is a good point. Hmm, not sure how I feel about it anymore.

I'm thinking at least with a server, you're contributing to the swarm and helping the site as well. A rapidshare account can be used as currency, as they're probably pretty easy to resell.

yeah, i suppose. but if you get so many points too you get free accounts... so people dont even pay anymore if your posting links in public places and getting lots of hits on your uploads.
