What code is on line 64? You might want to start looking there.

[edit]: What&#39;s up with this part in the <form> tag?

Since I don&#39;t see any JavaScript function by this name in the page, I can only assume it&#39;s supposed to be a PHP function. You do realize you can&#39;t call PHP functions after the page has already been displayed, right?
