    is there a program that sticks 2 parts of a movie together?

    Windows Movie Maker will do it, but it's slow as hell.

    I use WinAVI Video Converter 7.7 and I like it. It will convert move than just AVIs too.

    Please avoid WindowsMovieMaker at all costs.

    Virtualdub can do it with only avi and mpg files here is a guide on it http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/arch...b_join_avi.cfm

    dvdsanta also does a good job

    Most software have guides how to use their software either in their help files or on their sites.
