something weired is happening since this morning, my cpu usage is being used for almost 100% on core 1(i have an intel core 2 Duo), as per what the usage meter shows in this screen.

in task manager i don't see any program using cpu above normal, all are 00 except "system idle process" which is using 94% of cpu, i know its a good thing but i wonder if the meter is calculating that as a usage.
ive googled it and it turns out that many people having same kinda of problem, some even report they see same usage on SVchost.exe which i kinda noticed it too once i got aware of the usage problem but i end tasked it and seen then i didnt see any of Svchost process use that much cpu.

anybody encountered thins kinda of problem.

edit: found this process explorer from MS, it shows this particular process using too much CPu. rings any bell?

    nope
anyway the problem seems to be gone, i did few things one of them m8 solved the problem.
many people were pointing at VGA cuasing this problem so i uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it and since i opened my case in the morning to clean the dust in it i thought that i m8 pushed the VGA out of it place so removed and placed it again and now when i booted to windows the problem is gone.
i m8 also be a my mouse(MX revolution) driver problem since i did a update in the morning.
