Ah, a man who knows a 'Wild Woman' when he see's one!
That would be the XV1100 / 1991 / 17k miles and she goes like a rocket, 0-60 in just over 4 seconds! B)
And she sound like the MGM lion when she barks at holiday makers standing in her way! (no baffles )

Put in a K&N Stage two kit ( follow the jetting instructions very carefully) and get a decent exhaust system ( I don't know if they are still available but try a D&D- running your stock system with no baffles is losing you power and could burn up exhaust valves).
Then upgrade your brakes- I never could understand how they put put those crap calipers on that motor.

    You'll be surprised.

New slash cuts will be on her later this year, at a cool £500 custom made!

As for the brakes, I found out that the standard front discs are the same as the RD350!
What the f*ck was that about!
When I say no baffles, what I actually meen is no silencer pipes ( those stupid looking things that stick out the end of the pipes) The baffels are in tact and road legal!

I could spend 1000's of ££££'s on her with bits and bobs but I like her how she is apart from the above!
I met a guy last year who 'said' he had one, and he kept saying how much better his was than mine, I asked him how much he paid for it, he said £3500 for the bike and he spent £2000 on it, he walked away when I said I only paid £1500 for mine and if I spent £4000 on it to bring it to his value it would look a damn site better than his

Bottom line, I love my babe and I don't want her too much more powerful 'cos like I said, she can stand toe to toe with a blade over a 1/4 mile now
Besides, my days of stripping down bikes are gone as I have nowhere to do it and my kitchen ain't big enough

Sorry Sara, the best I could do...
It was my intention to put myself on display if you did, Clocker.

It took me this long to review both threads, so I hope if I can find a pic that is suitable (something other than the top of MY head), you might be available to advise me how to post it.

It might be a tough go-I have no idea what I might find, and only the vaguest idea where to look.

I pledge to do my best.

BTW there, pal-how 'bout a pic of the Z car?

Man a jap bike ,you cant call that a chopper!.

Come to America w/ your wheels and they would throw a pipe in those dam spokes.Lets see Jonno do a endo.

Jap bikes are good but make horrible choppers for accountants and
bussiness types ,that dont know much .
Harleys are the only way to go

Trade it in for a Suzuki gsx now theres speed,988 cc 4c.
Or maybe your more suited for a 600.
