i need program how can control local network
and i don't have admin to get to routr
i try netct, arpspoof and switchsniffer they didn't work good
the pepole in my network take all the speed and i can't download anything
i have to wait to 3 or 4 AM to start downloding
please anyone know a good program tell me and
if you have the link to download it this will be very nice

i uses netcut it works fine with me try the last version

what network are you using this on. netcut seems a little extreme to me, using arp spoofing to disconnect your dorm mates or fellow workers will probably get you kicked off the network or sacked.
