What's means Jolly Roger's flag in user's profile?
I have seen Jolly Roger's flag in some user's profiles on private trackers instead country flag. What's mean this and how is setted? Is this means disabled acc or something else?

It just means that the flag they chose. Since it's stereotyped as the flag that pirates use(d), it fits well with the "piracy" motif that goes with file sharing, I would assume.

No flag appears unless you chose one to appear in your control panel.

if u want that flag u just have to choose the island de muerte one! not all sites have it tho so if u want to hide ur country just choose some wierd one like kazakstan lol
