I have a member of my site who uses dual T3 lines, and I dont remember what the figures were, but he could upload a 700mb file in about 30 seconds or something crazy, as long as the receiving end could take it.

700mb in 30s is about 23mb/s. That's better than T3, maybe Gbps.
