    Iam getting really slow speeds, when copying files from FTP to my HDD (around 30kbps)
    Got Leeware. Guess this isnt normal?

    do i need to install three apps every time server gets restarted?
    my server was rebooted now i cant login via VNC but FTP and Webmin are connecting.

    Go to putty and start vnc, only vncserver :1

    yeh i figured that out but instead vncserver:1 i was commanding wine vnc-server.exe

    wine is only for windows application (utorrent here)
    firefox and vnc is cross-platform compatible, meaning it runs natively in linux.

    and BTW, the KDE install guide on page 25 dosent work... KDE installs but dosent boot when I connect with VNC.

    And yes, I restarted the vncserver.
