So I call rogers to inquire about ordering a new pair of headphones for my phone..because I cant find the damn things anywere.

So thats the wrong extension 3 times.
Then some old lady who sounds like shes having sex or high or something answers the final extension and tells me her ssystem is down, so i tell her to transfer me to someone who's systems are up.
8:38> They hang up. So I call back and the guy tells me rogers cant send me headphones period
