Ok i am always being asked what site im hosted with, so here is a list of hosts that i know who accept hosting, i will continue to update the thread when i find more...

    (1). Flexi Web

Flexi Web is pretty new and is who i am hosted with now, they accept Torrent Trackers and Warez Sites, and are pretty cheap, my rating is 8/10

    (2). In Motion Hosting

I Have not actually used these but i was chatting on live chat with them and they said they allow torrents, so i cant rate these

    (3). Web Serve

I used these in my early days of torrent sites, hosted in canada so its pretty safe to host torrents, i used them for 4 months and would rate them 7/10

    (4). Host Econ

Again, havent used them but i tested the support and it was pretty good, these are located in Hong Kong, again i cant rate these.

As i said i will continue to update the thread when i find more, so keep looking

    Thanks

#1 and #2 are in the U.S. so I personally wouldnt recommend hosting an actual torrent site off them. Maybe using them as a seedbox....

Isn't Flexi Web just shard hosting, or am I missing something?

I was only looking at the location side of things. You technically can run a rather small torrent site off of shared hosting.
Most hosts make you upgrade ones you max the servers limits though hehehe

It says right there intentions of Torrent Trackers are allowed.
I was just commenting I wouldnt run a tracker with them. Dedi or non dedi... the servers are still in the U.S. so you would probably run into legal issues.

Your site might be fine there for the moment being. But should you get noticed by the Mpaa/riaa based on content that may be hosted on the server your USERS wouldnt be the ones that are "fine there in florida"
The hosting of .torrent files is ILLEGAL in the U.S. so judging on the content if they confiscated the server... you being in a differant country may be fine. However they COULD still check the server for any ips which fall into U.S. Legal jurisdiction.
(You really need to think about your userbase when choosing a host for your site...
as well as the costs, processing, and other things.)
