    2007-04-07 - Double upload is in effect!!!! So get on those torrents to get your ratio up.
    Not only this, but half-credit for downloads is in effect as well! So LEECH! But hit and run rules still do apply, and if you're caught hit and running, appropriate action will be taken.
    Use these two together to build your ratio and make this a better tracker for everybody!!!
