I just pinged an FDC IP from their faq (66.90.66.1), no packet loss and about 26ms round-trip, so it isn't their problem.
Edit: Woah, just checked their dedicated server packages. $159/month for unmetered full duplex 100mbit!Of course, I have heard not-so-good things in general about FDC's bandwith.

My box is responding to http again, tflux won't load though..
My friend Nick has a box at FDC, he gets about 8TB a month and bursts to 60-70mbit.
