    https is working and they write that :

    As port 80 is under DDOS attack, be sure to use https to browse the site.

    The tracker is now available at port 81 as well as on 80 and torrents you download now will have port 81 set in them. So, until those DDOS kiddies start attacking port 81, redownloading a .torrent file should do the trick to get connected to the tracker again.
