0seconds isnt a tracker. Its a Forum Only last time I checked.
TL should be easy enough to get on.
Bitsoup should be fairly easy. (Even though I beleive they closed their doors for new signups when they reached 100,000 users. Look at sites like u*-* they only have like 5 - 6,000 and people still offer them up.)
Oink and Cinematic should be easy as well.
Tophos doesnt have invites or open signups and wont be for a while now.
(If you send me some REAL ratio proofs I may Consider getting you an account though. The doors were closed due to release groups grabbing internal releases on a daily basis. Once the groups are pruned out and banned the site may go back to invite only.)
