ok ive had enough of my signature

soooo i wud like a new one i can make ones with text etc but i wud like one like video pic one like my sig but of a car i have 2 files which i wud like to use a clip from but i cannot do it even after reading the guide so can anyone help me i know bender can but he may be busy so can anyone help??

how big are the video files?
you may have trouble in getting the animation under 100k if the quality is high.
you'll need to recompress and use a small number of frames

its an mpeg video and the full size of the video is 1.30mb and i cant do it ive tried and it never works i was kinda asking for someone to do it
