I think it should stay at level 4. Reasons being:
- You get invites upon promotion (pretty easy to get)
- You can get more invites if you are a good user
- A lot of people have been offering for trade lately.

No. If anything, we should be discussing if it should go down to 3.5. I think it's just hard for some people to accept that a once very demanding tracker has recently lost a lot of rarity value.
