How to download a NZB file ??

my question is mabe making some of you laughing but!! i have a prog "newsbin" the NZB file but i need to get server address username and passeword.
how do i get to this section??

you need either newsgroup server access from your ISP if they provide it (contact them if you dont know) or you need to pay for a premium newsgroup service, example: Newshosting, GigaNews, or Usernetserver.

I suggest using Newzbin along with the NZB-O-MATIC client.
