Its not quite as exciting as I first though, they are just using the old site. Here's a little opening message they've given:

Our new hositng is taking a little longer than expected. Temporarily, I have reopened the old site. The tracker should be working fine. Please seed any torrents if you can. Thank you for all of your patience and support.

All the old torrents are still on the site, they will just be hidden until someone starts seeding one.

If you look at their web page it says that you can still download the torrents using IRC.
