I use dialup to connect to the internet, and I have a shortcut on my desktop to connect. Lately when I click it, a box pops up and says "Rundll32 has performed an error and will be shut down, you will lose all information in programs you have running". Something to that effect. I have to go into "My Computer" and connect from Dial up Networking there. Does anyone know why it does this?
I've had this problem before, and I reformatted my HD. That was 5 months ago and its doing it again. What could be the problem? Old computer, Need to defragment or Run scandisk or some other problem?

Yep I deleted the shortcut and made a new one, and it still did that. Is Norton Utilities any good? I'm a little bit scared to use it. Afraid my computer might crash or something.
