There are so many different copy's and they all seem to have loads of problems, have been reading up on them and have frazzed my brain!

Which copy would you recommend and why?

Grab Microsoft.Windows.Vista.Ultimate.X86-PANTHEON, because the crack works like a charm. For now at least.

I'd make sure I had compatible Antivirus and firewall tools before you make the plunge , this forum is full of good ideas .

Yeah, the torrent mentioned by LP is pretty good and that's exactly what I got.

I downloaded the Permanently activated version. They modified a Dell ISO so you can get updates and works like a charm.

So Shiranai_Baka, do you like Vista?

I have a copy that I've used (barebones) but I don't really see the appeal. Especially with all the DRM playback issues...

Do you just like it since it's pretty? Or does it add something functional that you use over Windows XP?

Click for more activation options, then activate by telephone. Run the keygen.
if I call them, aren't they going to get me? (you know, down there)

At first I thought it had more security options, but then I realized that there pretty much exactly the same as win 2k. I guess the appeal in the future will be DX10, but it will be a while before it's common for people to have video cards that will support that. Security is supposedly better than xp, but has already been breached multiple times. For all these reasons I have decided to go back to XP

I like how everything works and is easier to use.
Example is how when you want to rename a file and you have "show extensions" on in XP, it'll highlight the extension when you want to rename it, but in vista it'll just highlight the file name and leave the extension alone.

Also when you're in windows explorer the address field that shows which directory you're in is split up by directory so if you're in C:\program files\EA and you want to go back to C:, you just click the C drive button and it'll bring you back there.

I forgot, media organization is better. You can view your music in explorer, and on the bottom there is a section where you can edit the metadata. Unlike xp where you had to goto properties>summary.advanced ON EVERY SINGLE FILE to change metadata.
