How does the invite system work? Do they have "open" sign up days?

The Tracker will never open for signups for my information ,it's invite only but as u can see invites won't be that easy to get

There has been alot of giveaways in the invite section regarding this tracker last week and i think alot got in but they have removed invites now sothat they increase the leechers and seeders of the torrents their by giving 2 invites to thsoe who download 200GB
