Codecs

Hi everyone!

I have a real noob question.
I never mess with movies so I know nothing about codecs.
How do you install a new bundle of codecs?

I have some movies I can't play and just dl'd klcodec203.
Is this a good bundle?
Which codec's do I need to play these movies?
I'm shure there's something pinned that someone could direct me to also.
I have G spot but am a noob to it as well.

Alright m8
The codec packs the same as any other.
If its just for viewin movies u only need to install a few lke

divx xvid ac3 and mp3 if u want and mayb a few filters like
divx anti freeze and 4cc changer

With gspot just open the file and look at where it say 4cc and thats what codecs needed for the file and underneath it will say if the
codecs install on ur comp or not

Where do I get it?

YE' m8 u could either d/load the latest divx 505 standalone or
install the pack..the latest divx will play al previous versions of divx.

I'm dl-ing divX pro 5.2now will that work?
Ahh hell.... it has Gain in it!

I'll just dl the 50 something with a keygen.

DELETE Divx -> download the K-lite Codecpack . now you are adware free and you use Divx pro

Thanks man but I'm on 56k and I think It will be too big.
Thats why I'm not too into movies.
I'm dling the 5.03 and I'll look for the new one after I get this installed.
