Is There A Program Such As This?

I was downloading a file from Kazza, Streambox VCR, and on the description for it, it says that you need Url Snooper to run it fully. Is there such a program? I typed it in the search and nothing came up. If this is a real program, does anyone have the link for it? Much appreciation to any help.

Looks like that link is dead. After dawn has an updated version with patches and a bit of a manual at this link. The download button is well hidden due to the program being illegal or some such nonsense lol.

Where is the link to download url snooper? I can't find it. Or is Streambox the url snooper? I'm a little bit confused.

There's another version and cracks included in the streambox download. The url snooper is apparently discontinued.
This one I think is called interceptor
