Burning Movie

hi.

i have d/l panic room.
the file is now split into 2 (350mb each)
i wanna burn this onto a vcd to play in my dvd player.
the problem is that the res is 640x272
when burning with nero, it shows full screen and everyone is squashed up!
help, it can't be that hard surely?
am i just thick? - probably!
