PC, because:
and
PC - RTS, FPS
all consoles - for everything else except noted below, big screen games
Wii - party games
Xbox 360 - ease of use for multiplayer games
I disagree but I will add moddable games to the PC. Absent mods many of the above get nixed.
Mods do give PC a one-up though. Ya gotta luvem.
I like consoles like the 360 cuz I just cut it on and I'm playing UNO in HD on a big screen against other players across the world.
If someone in the PC world would add some standards for game playing and market small form factor PCs better, it would crush the entire console market.
PC, hands down.
The games ALWAYS look better on High-End PCs.
I play all mine at 1680x1050
PC - allows for more modded games. (Thinking of all the wonderful gta mods)
I really like playing games via pc. and its not just the playing of games but the overclocking, configuring, building, drooling over future upgrades and all that that makes PC games more fun. its like working on a bike is just as fun as driving it
PC gaming has many advantages over console..one big one is you can MOD games!! multiplayer is also cooler on pc...pc can emulate older consoles up to PS1 flawlessly and some newer with flaws ATM..
I'm also use to using keyboard & mouse. I feel more freedom with them then a controller. Another boost of pc gaming is you can use a nocd exe so you don't even need to put the cd in every single time to play. You can quickly get ingame & back out to surf the net in seconds.
Depends of the game genre. If FPS then, I go for PC. If its a jap rpg like FFs, zelda, DW/DQ I prefer consoles but, like Killu said, PC haves emulation and you can also buy or mod yourself a gamepad like sony ones to work on a pc. Mmorpg ? well, pc of course..
