what i mean:
some trackers allow while you download a torrent to upload it in the same time!
for example:i am downloading fst.torrent and my download speed is 150kb/s and in the same time the upload speed for the same torrent is 50kb/s.....
i think this is very good to keep good ratio....
i think TL is like this

I think applies to all trackers. The minute you have any part of the file you will begin seeding it. It just depends how much of the file you have and how many active connections are in the swarm.
I haven't taken a beating like that since I opened my first issue of Hustler!

Remember you will not be uploading anything if there are no other leechers trying to download.

All trackers work like as your bt client will report all bandwidth up and down back to the tracker.

The download and upload speeds varies depending on the number of leechers and seeders on the torrent you are downloading...
If a certain torrent has a lot of seeders AND ALSO a lot of leechers, then it should have fast download and upload speeds.

The whole point of a torrent is to share data in the swarm by uploading and downloading chunks of data at the same time. The same applies to the ED2k network too and countless others....
