Q1. Can u change mail on SCT account?

Q2.a. Can u change mail on FSC account?
Q2.b. Does FSC ban accounts that have changed country IP address?

im not wrong, unfortunately im saying this after experience with this site

In FSC...

Only staff can change your email for you...
country IP change is OK...
but country IP change + password or email change = Disabled.
