Leeware utorrent settings help

Hi there,
i would really appreciate it if someone coule help me out with the following two utorrent options:
- Global maximum number of connections
- Maximum number of connected peers per torrent

I'm using leeware and dont know how to set them up on a 100mbits down/up connection.
