In terms of brightness and contrast, the higher the numbers the better. For response time the lowest is best.
The Cibox monitor is theoretically the best of the 22" offerings. It is also the cheapest.
The Asus model comes close behind, and if you want it for gaming it may be a better choice since it has a lower response time.
I have no idea how they compare in terms of things like reliability, looks etc.
Don't expect built-in speakers (where applicable) to be any good, they are far too small.

well im going to buy a graphics card with it mainly for gaming to keep me occupied for the summer, so im better off with the asus right?

Try and look for a monitor like this, its considered by man to be the best 22" monitor available.

I have THIS and I'm very happy with it. Bright and goos contrast. Plus REALLY cheap.
