Well, my name is my intellectual property. So if I ever get sued by some turdknocker like this, I'll counter sue for using my name on the court docs. Plus they would be trying to get monetary gain from my intellectual property so that doubles the recourse.
See how stupid intellectual property BS is. If what they say is true, then because I own my name and no one else can ever own it, I can say who and where it is used!
I don't even have to copyright/trademark it. The goverment did that when I was born. I have a birth certificate to prove it.
