    Its weird for the past hour a lot of trackers are going timed out and coming back after a while...

    Googled max_questions apparently some hosts impose a limit on the number of queries per hour once the quota is used up, a "max_questions" errors message will be displayed until the end of the hour, and your quota is reset. So the site should be working again in 20 mins.
