Yeah there is but you have to pay to get access or you know someone how can invite you , and you need to contribute a lot if you want to get access to VIP forum .

Seriously. I'd dump that rapidshare service and get usenet.
I know of some fairly fast release boards for rapidshare though. Definitely not 0sec, but I don't really bother with rapidshare too much.
