Yeah, if you want to use chroma keying (green screen/blue screen/etc.) use Adobe Premiere.
I currently use Adobe Premiere 2.0 Pro and make green screen music videos (with cheap green posterboard I bought at kroger)

If you want to do more difficult chroma keying get Ultra 2, it works as a standalone or plugin for Premiere Pro 2. Adobe purchased the company that made it so the new CS3 will have it.
