Kiddie Party

It's nearly summer vacation and it is up my family to make the child day care centers end of year "party".
There will be around 15 children, all between the age of 1.5 and 2 years of age.
On top of which there will be the parents.

Do you have any suggestions on what to do, activities which work etc.
We have been given 1000$ which is a lot of cash,, so it should definetly suffice.

It will be held in our house (damn), the general idea is to have barbeque, in the past years they hired in musicians and balloon sculpture dudes.

If you have any tips on food, activities etc etc please advise,
This is the first time i hold a mega kiddie party

Keep food simple.
Kids will break anything they get there hands on. It's your house.
Clowns can freak people out.

Moonbounce and Super Slide.

Allow 5 min. per Moonbounce session and no more than 10 kids at a time.

Super Slide - allow 4 to go up at a time, slide down 1 by 1.

If you have to make a choice between the 2 get the Moonbounce.

Also get a Sno-cone doohicky and at least 4 flavors x 2
