Just a typical tuner program...Tuneup Utilities 2007 (best regcleaner, ever). Maybe a custom Defrag program like UltimateDefrag to place your files where you want for faster access n'such.

Software tuneups are ok but expect minimal results.
The answer is RAM. Lots and lots of it.
maybe he meant like speed hacking games? Lol
SpeederXP is a program that forces your windows to speed up or something (Don't really know how it works though) so it would seem like your game is running in super speed mode or something.
