Speed? Max out your connection on everything you download, every time. Upload speeds? Who cares? You don't upload with newsgroups.
Content? Usenet has the same day-to-day content as bittorrent trackers, but a whole lot more selection.
Security? Nothing could be safer.

Price? Ranging anywhere from $30-50/mo. Basically paying for a second ISP.
