Interesting, because when I first got sct, I was struggling to keep an acceptable ratio, and not with all the leechers, I have a buffer (even with my downloads counted). Oink on the other hand was easier because users are allowed to upload. Even w/o uploads, I am pretty good at picking torrents to seed on, and can usually get >1.

Although, when I first got sct, I was using leeware, and when it started is began using leaseweb. Hmm, wonder if that's it

Oink isn't bad. You just need to upload to the site.

Bitmetv is easy with a seedbox. I let those who don't already know in on a secret. In order to keep good ratio or buffer an account, you will almost certainly have to download files that you don't want just because they are popular and you can seed 3-4x. This is one way I do it oink. I look for stuff that I suspect will be big, and jump on it to try to be the first one.

I'm a PU+ and have a 10.9 ratio on Oink, 40 ratio on IT (albeit with only 2-3GB down), and 5.8 at Bitmetv, 16 at the other CT. No seedbox, home DSL connection.

It's not hard to keep a good ratio at any site if you use your brain! If the site has free leech on some torrents, take advantage of it. If the site doesn't have many leechers, upload your own torrents. If the site does have leechers just be sure to jump on the new torrents fast. If most torrents are really overseeded really fast, download the files from elsewhere and seed them there. Partseed if you must.

I've never had a ratio problem.
