    Some good anti spyware applications are Spybot, Spyware Doctor, Ad Aware SE Professional, Webroot Spy Sweeper. You can get Spybot for free from their homepage. For others, try OiNK and Demonoid.

    zonealarm has long fallen from grace, most anti-virus programs detect spyware too, give nod32 or outpost pro a try
