U can Contact RTS Community Rep in here and ask him about taht ,his name is (RTS)
The most common reasons for being disabled in any tracker are cheating or duplicate accs or hit&run on alot of torrents
The Trackers don't ban for changing ips because alot of people around the world have dynamic ips and the only ban u get for ip change is probably that the ip has been changed to adifferent country or something
so i suggest u contact the ComRep or ask in the irc
