That's right but I don't know if this apply on a parked account and even if it is applied, I don't realize a problem in downloading a 10 Gb where a HD Movie is almost 5 GB.Just a caution, the Hdbits will be banning a lot of account which have failed to maintain a 1gb per month download clause by this weekend..so your account should have downloaded atleast 10 gb to be safe..
I didn't recognize your point of view.
1 GB per month stands for at most 10 GB per 40 weeks as the month consists of at least four weeks as I remember and if this isn't the case, please excuse me for my little mathematical knowledge.
