We have cleared all Torrent History in your userdetails, this gives any users who had a bad history the chance to redeem themselves. Please be aware, that triple upload does not apply to the HNR 1:1 ratio required. To see the true amount that you have seeded, you must check Torrent History. For anyone who does HNR, you will receive a 1 week warning. If we find this to be happening a lot on your account, you will be disabled.

It means don't HNR (Hit and Run). HNR is when you fail to upload a sufficient amount after download (1:1). Since they have triple upload at the moment, the actual upload is used and not the tripled value.
For example, if you download something that's 100MB, then you need to upload 100MB to reach 1:1. Because of triple upload, RTS will show that you uploaded 300MB when you really actually upload 100MB.
