Banned ip from Wild-bytes.

I wondered if someone could help. Ive been using Wild-bytes for ages but deleated my cookies yesterday now cannot get back in. I know my password and username but when i enter them i just get an error. I tried the password reset option but 24hr later am still witing fo the email. Now i have ad more than six attempts my ip is auto matically banned.
Unfortunatly i dont know how or have ever used irc.

Unplug your modem for 15-30 minutes, should change your IP.
