I threw a crust of bread out in the garden , just went outside to take out the bins and there's about 100 snails on the garden path, all crawling towards the bread.

I don't think I've ever seen that many together

    2. escargots au beurre d’anchois

50 grams soft, unsalted butter 2 fillets anchovies, chopped and mashed 1/2 teaspoon garlic puree leaves from 1 sprig flat-leaf parsley, minced 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon pastis
fine salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 2 dozen, large (about 125 grams) escargots de Bourgogne, well rinsed and drained 100 milliliters dry white wine 1. Combine the butter, anchovies, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, pastis, salt, and pepper. Flatten between two sheets of paper and chill in the refrigerator. 2. Preheat the oven to 450 °F. 3. Rinse the snails in a couple of changes of water. Drain. Simmer the snails in the wine for about 10 minutes. Drain and reserve. 4. Arrange snails in small gratin dishes. Top each with half of the anchovy butter. Bake for 6 minutes, or until snails are warm and the butter is melted. Yield: 2 servings. Ref: Guide Cuisine, March 2001, page 22.

Let them get really close to it then move it another couple of feet up the garden, that'll feck em up.

All spelling mistakes and grammatical errors in my post's are intentional.

Skweeky, just imagine the sensual feeling of 100 snails sliding softly over your body.
I heard it is rejuvenating for the skin.

I was thinking that but that would be particulary evil

besides, it'll be more fun to watch the first bird that spots that bit of bread

It was rainy here today, and since I live in a suburb a bit outside the city we get snails fooking everywhere. It's those big brown/black snail without a shell on the back.

They're gross. My grandma like to eat them, that's strange...
