I like it, as far as using it goes there isn't really that much of a notable difference apart from how it looks rly. Tho' I do like the new search function in the start menu, it saves a lot of pissing about trying to find stuff.
The one thing I rly don't like about it is that you can't set a secondary monitor for fullscreen video playback, like you can in XP. You can set a secondary as a clone and watch it fullscreen that way but that's no good for fillum watching and interwebbing at the same time. Apparently that's cause of some ghey rights management thing in vista.
I don't think it's really worth fannying on installing it if your XP is still working fine but you may like to give it a try the next time your windaes needs a clean install, like.
I'd recommend you installed it on a spare hard disk or partition just to make sure your hardware works with it first, like. For example, my soundcard doesn't officially work with vista but I just ewesed the XP drivers and installed them in XP compatability mode.
