I have always found www.ilovetorrents.com to be good for older scene releases. I f they are not on tracker, all you need to do is request them. I have never been let down yet.

Like DVDRips.. Can only find the newest in TL, TD, RevolutionTT, ScT, FTN..
And Karagarga is not scene releases. And can't find them in Goem either.
I can find some in prublic trackers but with very bad speeds.

So does anyone know a good tracker like that?

I have been looking for a site that has old scene releases still in RAR format for years. Currently there isn't one. The closest is probably Torrent-Damage, which has began uploading the odd release every couple of days.
