man do they suck right now, we went from a world series to 12 games under 500 in 2 years and just got swept by the crappy cubs.
i even had to take a preemptive strike to my gf (whos a cubs fan) by saying i dont care about the cub sox series to take her thunder away when the cubs beat the sox so she couldnt really rub it in.

It's all because of their pitching staff.. And why don't you just deal with it? I mean, yall won the World Series FFS! Think about those Cubs, Royals, Orioles fans who havn't seen any improvement over the last couple years. Especially those Cubs, who I'm rooting for to win it all because of their drought.
