what would you guys suggest?
You're probably better off getting two 500GB or 300GB SATA drives and run them together.
Biostar XE T5
i5-750 @ 4.0 GHZ stable (CM Hyper 212)
2 x 2GB Cosair XMS3 DDR3 1600MHZ
Radeon 5850 @ 866/1254MHZ
Intel X25-M in RAID 0
WD Caviar Black 2TB in RAID 0
3 x Asus 25.5" VW266H LCD [Eyefinity]
Get the biggest & fastest hard disk you can find in the market.
Are you looking for an IDE or sata drive? (what does your mobo support?)
You can always get a cheap little adaptor to let you plug the 4pin 'molex' connector into the sata power slot.
I recently bought a 500GB SATAII Seagate for 160 from frys electronics. Works great, I'm happy
Why buy 1 500gb when you can buy 2 320gb?
